For an interdisciplinary, experiential course, my team and I examined and evaluated the Jets' Season Ticket Holder (STH) Benefits program. Based on our research, we created two business strategies for the 2024 season to help generate new Season Ticket sales and maintain existing patrons through renewal.

The Youth Fan of the Month event, which will be incorporated into the Gen Jets Kids Club, is an exclusive event for STHs that gives them access to all Gen Jets benefits and much more.
